Delivery Terms

Midland Cleaning Ltd aim to deliver on time, in full, every time. We hold extensive stocks of most products and where we do not hold physical stock, we maintain close relationships with suppliers to ensure products are available for us to purchase. 
Nevertheless our own suppliers, do, from time to time, encounter problems of their own.  Where this is the case we will always endeavour to advise you and offer you alternative products, rather than cause you unnecessary problems.  We will always try to advise you of any issues we may encounter.
Please note that certain types of electrical equipment and other bespoke items may have extended delivery times. * Please also note larger items will cost considerably more to deliver and as such will not be included in our “£125.00 and over Free Delivery” offer. We will advise you of this at the time of ordering. 
If the destination of delivery is within our delivery range *being 15 Miles Radius of B94 postal code* then delivery will be free and within 2 days. Please read our Delivery Guide for more.
