Delivery Information

Standard UK delivery service (Same day despatch)
• Free delivery on all orders requires in excess of £125.00 excl VAT.
• A delivery charge of £5.95 excl VAT) will be charged for all orders with a value of less than £125.00 excl VAT* Please read Delivery Terms.
• Despatch is usually made same day if you order before 1pm Monday - Friday
• Same day despatch excludes weekends.
• Standard UK delivery charges only apply to mainland UK orders and exclude remote and offshore areas.

Orders made from outside of our ‘delivery areas’ (These being UK Mainland) will be charged additional carriage costs. These will be set out at the final stages of ordering.

If destination of delivery is within a 15 Mile Radius of our office *Being B94* then no delivery cost will be charged and delivery will be made within 2 days of order being processed.

Extended delivery items

• Bulk order items will aim to be delivered within 2-3 days.
• Items supplied direct from the manufacturer will be delivered according to a pre-arranged delivery time.
Heavy equipment
• Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance of the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if the product will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Delivery does not include unpacking, positioning or assembling items.
Delivery acceptance
• Before signing for your goods, please ensure you check the outer packaging. If there is noticeable damage to any part of the packaging, please sign the delivery note accordingly. We cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit if you have not indicated damage at the time of delivery on the delivery note.
• Any damages, defects or shortages must be notified in writing via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of goods to: enquiries@midlandcleaning.com
• Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods damaged in transit will be responsible for the delivery costs to the customer and the return to our warehouse. There will also be a minimum 15% restocking charge..
• Midland Cleaning cannot be held responsible for any shortages, damages or defects notified to us more than 48 hours after delivery.
